May Bill Includes Allocation Notice

Each year ECEC sends an allocation notice, printed right on member-owner's May billing statement. This is based on each member-owners usage. The 2022 allocation notice will be printed on the May 2023 billing statement. The notice details each member-owner’s total capital credit balance including 2022’s retirement applied to the October 2022 bill and 2022’s allocation.

The 2022 allocation notice will be printed in the top left corner of page 1 of your billing statement. If you receive paperless statements, you can view your bill by logging into your SmartHub account either in the app or on our website at https://www.ecec.com/my_account/smarthub#smarthub_login

Don't see one on your bill? Not to worry! Only members who started service prior to January 1, 2023 will have an allocation notice!
